COVD19 Update March 20th 2020

We're happy to announce that Dedicated Dental Group has reopened for routine dental care!

Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about additional infection control procedures we incorporated into our practice to keep patients and staff safe.

We adhere to infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), but always do additional independent science-based research and have implemented following COVID19 related safety measures.

Our office will communicate with you beforehand via Revenue Well to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. 

• We ask you to please wear a mask except for when being treated.
• We will record your forehead temperature with a touchless thermometer.
• Our patient restroom has been updated with a touch-free antibacterial soap dispenser as well as an automatic hand dryer.
• We have 1.5% Hydrogen Peroxide mouth rinse and will ask you to use it when you enter the office.

UV Ozone HEPA filters have been added to our central air circulation units to disinfect and enhance air circulation. Our clinical team will be wearing proper PPE equipment for your treatment. We will be using various isolation and high-volume suction devices to control aerosol and splatter. 

You'll still receive the same great service from our dedicated team and Doctor Nudel chose to absorb all additional costs associated with COVID19 changes, so rest assured there will NOT be any COVID19 PPE surcharge for any of our patients!

Doctor Nudel has always been a holistic dentist and true to form she has incorporated complementary Guided Biofilm Therapy as our new hygiene protocol. It is all about reducing your susceptibility to disease while boosting your body's immune response. Guided Biofilm Therapy consists of treatment protocols based on individual patient diagnosis and risk assessment in order to achieve optimal results.  What that means to you:  it is more about fine-tuning your dental care specifically to your needs based on science and research.

Appointments

Appointments are managed to allow for social distancing between patients as well as minimal reception area utilization and no companions in the operatories.

We are now accepting appointments starting on May 11 for urgent and pending treatment and May 25 for hygiene visits. We encourage family appointments whenever possible. Please utilize the appointment request below or you can call us to schedule.
